This explains what VictoriousTechs.com collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. It’s written to be read, not to be impressive.
What we collect when you buy
- Your name and email address — so we can send your receipt and your access links.
- The billing details you enter at checkout.
- A record of what you bought and when.
- Not your card number. Card details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store them.
What we collect when you just visit
We use Google Analytics (through Site Kit and MonsterInsights) to see which pages people read, roughly where visitors are, and what brought them here. It’s aggregate information and we use it to work out what’s actually useful. We also use OptinMonster to display signup forms.
You can block cookies in your browser settings. The store still works if you do.
We use your address to send your receipt and your access links. That’s transactional — it’s how you receive what you paid for, so it isn’t something you can opt out of while you own a guide.
If you also opted in to hear about new guides, every one of those emails carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never affects your access.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t share it with anyone beyond the services needed to run the store — Stripe to take payment, our email provider to deliver mail, and Google for analytics.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. Analytics data follows Google’s own retention settings.
If you’re in the EU or the UK
We are based in the United States, so buying from us means your information is transferred to and processed in the US. We only process what we need to complete your order and deliver your guide, and to run the site.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Email support@victorioustechs.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Your choices
Email support@victorioustechs.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. One thing to know before you ask: deleting your order record also ends your access to any guide you bought, so we’ll confirm with you before doing it.
