Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy a digital training guide from VictoriousTechs.com. Completing a purchase means you accept them.
What you’re buying
Each guide is a self-contained web page hosted on this site. There is nothing to download and nothing to install. After payment we email you a private link that opens your guide in any browser, on any device. You do not need to create an account.
Your licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the guide you bought — for yourself, or within the single business that paid for it.
- You may read it, search it, print it for your own use, and return to it as often as you like.
- You may not share your access link publicly, resell or redistribute the guide, republish its contents, or use it to build a competing product.
- Need to cover a team or a whole office? Email support@victorioustechs.com and we’ll arrange a licence that fits.
Access and updates
Your access is permanent for as long as this site operates. One payment covers it, and when a guide is revised you get the revised version at no extra cost. Keep your receipt email — the link inside it is how you get back in. If you lose it, request new links at My Library.
Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Buyers in the EU and the UK
We sell to you as a distance seller. You have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, set out in full in our Refund Policy. We do not ask you to waive that right in order to get immediate access.
Prices shown are exclusive of any VAT or import charges that may apply in your country. Where such charges arise, they are your responsibility unless we state otherwise at checkout.
What the guides are, and what they aren’t
The guides are training and reference material. They are written carefully and checked before publication, but software changes and we can’t promise every screen matches your version exactly.
They are not a substitute for professional advice about your particular systems, and we are not liable for losses arising from how you choose to apply them. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer. If you want someone to look at your actual setup, that’s what our support services are for.
Refunds
See the Refund Policy. In short: 7 days as standard, 14 days if you’re in the EU or UK, and if you simply can’t open your guide we’d rather fix it than refund it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published here on the day you bought.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
